The Armored Combat Handbook and the Marshal's Adminstration Handbook are new, and have been severely condensed to eliminate redundancy with society rules. While these handbooks have undergone a major overhaul, the substance of how fighting is done has remained the same. The process for marshals courts and the court of review has been completely changed to be more useable.
